I’ve used Keller out doors services for that long yes! From my house to my business needs and everything in between including 31 acre property. Let’s start off with customer service. Mike Keller has over delivered in ways that I couldn’t even begin to describe and has gone way and above any expectations! The staff is incredible to have at a job site and extremely professional. What happens when there’s a problem? You get a call with solutions prior to you even getting a chance to start worrying about the issue. The staff and Mike are incredible constant communication and ensuring your project is managed to perfection. Seven years into hiring them for various projects and I’ll say this. If Keller outdoors isn’t on the project. I will have to wait until they are available because I will never hire anyone else just to be dissatisfied and then have to call Mike to correct the situation I got myself into!

We had previously completed a deck extension with a less-than-reputable contractor that failed to accommodate for existing septic lines (Matthew Brady, Broadleaf LLC – stay FAR away from this company who proved they don’t know a single thing about the space they play in). Contracted to fix Broadleaf’s poor-quality work, Mike Keller’s team proved incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in their efforts to bring our deck up to code, even going above and beyond by recommending a trustworthy septic crew to relocate our tank. Keller Outdoors Living also fixed a water leak issue with our chimney caused by Broadleaf (who said they would fix it, but never came back), filled a crack in our foundation, and even improved our drainage lines coming out of our gutters. All-in-all, Keller Outdoors Living helped my family renovate our deck + backyard space and were communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Mike’s team for any exterior and deck repair work – they were recently rated #1 in Gainesville for a reason!

They found and skillfully fixed rot spots where the old pressure treated wood deck attached to the house along with fixing other issues along the way.
